Tibetan has a complex flavour, and is quite strong and rich. This is a purple stripe variety so the paper has beautiful shades of strips in pink and purple. The cloves are small to medium size in each bulb, with 6-8 cloves per bulb. The storage on this variety is around 5 months.
Medium size bulbs are 1.75"-2"; 10-14 bulbs/lb.
Large size bulbs are 2"-2.5"; 6-10 bulbs/lb. - this is the ideal planting size
